Reporting and Evaluation
Coaches and team leaders are encouraged to observe and record both positive and negative behaviors, especially those that reflect the core values of the EBL. Teachers may also contribute by submitting students’ academic grades and classroom conduct to ensure a holistic evaluation of each player’s growth.

Behavioral and academic points should be recorded monthly to identify trends, celebrate improvement, and highlight individuals who consistently demonstrate excellence. Players with the highest cumulative points will be recognized for their outstanding commitment to sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic achievement.

In Summary
The EBL Behavioral & Academic Report is designed to inspire teams and players to excel both on and beyond the court. By acknowledging and rewarding positive actions that uplift teammates, strengthen the community, and reflect academic effort, the EBL seeks to cultivate a lasting culture of respect, responsibility, and success throughout the league.
